* An $800.00 retainer is required when booking your date for a wedding. However, it will be applied to your package. All weddings will require a retainer and a signed contract.
*A $50.00 retainer is required when booking any type of portrait session.

*All products and packages must be paid for at the time the order is placed.

* Clients are seen on an appointment basis only.
* Please allow up to 90 days for delivery of proofs during peak season.
* Please allow up to 90 days for delivery of final products during peak season.
* We will not sacrifice quality for quickness. We are a fine-art studio. If your wedding or photo session should fall during a peak time of year or during the holiday season, you can expect a slight delay. We can assure you that it will be worth the wait. When you see your final product, you will appreciate the time we took in getting your images ready for you to view.
* All Thumbdrives will be delivered with your final product. NO EXCEPTIONS! If included, Print Releases will be delivered with the final product as well.
* Preview Photos may show imperfections. Computer retouching is available at an additional cost. Charges will vary.
* Holiday Weekends are an additional $500.00
*Over-Time rates and Hourly Rates are two different things. If you choose to have additional hours of service added to your contract, our rate is reduced to $350.00 per hour. If you go into over-time on the day of your event, our rate increases to $500.00 per hour.
* Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00 NSF fee.
* When traveling over 30 miles outside of the Metro Atlanta Area, travel fees will be assessed.
